2. Quoting
Once your plans are complete, Luke will prepare a detailed quote based on your approved design and specifications - ensuring clear, upfront pricing.
3. Planning & Approvals
Your chosen draftsman will manage the council submissions and approvals. We stay in touch throughout this stage to ensure everything is progressing smoothly and ready for construction.
4. Construction
After approvals are finalised, our experienced team gets to work - building your granny flat with quality materials and attention to detail at every stage.
5. Handover
When your granny flat is complete we will walk you through your new space and ensure everything meets our high standards.
